Prayer Focuses for 03/29-04/04

This week’s prayer guide looks a bit different because it’s far simpler.  God hears and answers every prayer, but there are a few to which He always says, “Yes.”  And guess what?  They’re not long and lengthy, complex prayers; they’re actually very, very simple. 

This week spend some time praying through these six simple prayers that God loves to answer.    

Thursday, March 29

Read and meditate on Habakkuk 2:14, then pray, “Glorify Yourself through me.”

Friday, March 30

Read and meditate on 1 John 1:9, then pray, “Forgive me.”

Saturday, March 31

Read and meditate on Jeremiah 31:33-34, then pray, “Reveal more of Yourself to me.”

Sunday, April 1

Pray for our combined Easter service with The Path Church and Mayfair Baptist Church.  Ask God to help us love them, because they’re our family in Jesus, and ask Him to empower us to worship Him, because Jesus is risen, because of the gospel, because of who He is, and so much more.  

Monday, April 2

Read and meditate on James 1:5, then pray, “Give me wisdom.” 

Tuesday, April 3

Read and meditate on Philippians 2:12-13, then pray, “Strengthen me to obey You.”

Wednesday, April 4

Read and meditate on Matthew 24:14, then pray, “Spread Your gospel to the lost.”
